How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship worldwide from Chengdu, China — including the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Southeast Asia, and more.
- East Asia: 5–9 business days
- US & Europe: 6–12 business days
- Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
- Latin America & others: 12–25 business days
Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves our hands.

Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened items. But if something went wrong — wrong item, damaged delivery, or other issues — reach out within 15 days. We’ll make it right.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
