Our 30-day return period begins on the calendar date that a shipping label is generated for your order, not from the date of delivery. Requests made outside this window may not be accepted.

✅ Eligibility Criteria for Returns

• To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that:

• The product was purchased within the last 30 days

• The product is unopened and sealed

• The product is in its original packaging

• The product has not been used or tampered with

   

❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned, We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used

• Products that have been removed from their original packaging

• Perishable goods, such as teas that deteriorate rapidly or are close to expiry

• Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed

• Products that have been mixed with other goods after delivery and cannot be separated

• Gift cards, promotional items, or items marked as final sale

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

🚚 How to Return an Item

please, notify us of the intent to return via support@matcha.com. We will confirm eligibility for renewal at which point you may ship the item back. please provide tracking for us to follow the return process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The return address is:  No. 8 Hemao Street, Shuangliu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province

• We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

• HermTEA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

• Refunds cannot be processed unless the returned goods are received or delivery is verified.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note:

• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

• Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or card provider
