To help make global shipping more accessible, we offer subsidized rates and free shipping thresholds across different regions.
⏱️Order Processing Time
Most products offered in our online store are in stock, Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday.
Unfortunately, in rare cases products may run out of stock. In such situations, we’ll have to wait for restocking and it may take 2-4 working days to process your order.

Country-Specific Information
South Korea: When shipping to South Korea, please ensure your mobile phone number is correct, as it will be used for identification at customs. Ideally, also provide a Personal Customs Clearance Code in the VAT field of your address details. For more information about the Personal Customs Clearance Code, please visit customs.go.kr
Brazil: For shipments to Brazil, it is mandatory to include your personal Tax Number in the shipping details. You may enter your Tax Number in the second address line or in the company name field.
Japan: For shipments to Japan, it is mandatory to provide the shipping address in Japanese.
